The West Hills office opens in early 2027. Evaluation requests are being taken now and will be scheduled in order.

Sleep Apnea and TMJ Dental Group sees patients for oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea and snoring, TMJ disorders and orofacial pain. Call the office, send a request below, or ask your physician or dentist to refer you.

Before Your First Visit

• A copy of any sleep study (home or in-lab) and the physician’s report
• Your current medication list
• Any prior jaw, dental or head and neck imaging
• Your medical and dental insurance cards

For Physicians and Dentists

Referrals can be sent through the provider referral form. A written report is returned after each evaluation.
